The city approved a permit for Danis Builders LLC to renovate 12,222 square feet of office space for Florida Blue on the eighth floor at 432 Riverside Ave. at a cost of $900,000.
The project includes ADA renovations for the ninth-floor restroom. Spokeswoman Toni Woods said the project is to convert a former data center space to accommodate staff growth of Florida Blue affiliate company GuideWell Connect.

The city approved renovations of 32,003 square feet of space for Intuition LLC at 6735 Southpoint Drive S. in Innovation Park.
Emerald C’s Development Inc. is the contractor for the $895,719 project. Colliers International Northeast Florida announced in March that Intuition LLC, a business services company, would relocate 175 employees to the property in the fourth quarter from Baywood Center.
Innovation Park formerly was an office complex occupied by CSX Corp.
