HOW DO YOU PITCH YOUR COMMUNITY TO THE PUBLIC?

“It is very easy to pitch our community. It is like no other. Starting with our entrance, it just gets better from there with our village center, swim and fitness center with water tower and slides and tennis facility. Also, our 20-acre golf practice facility, incredible 18-hole Arthur Hills-designed course, and our miles and miles of bike trails with our boardwalks meandering throughout the property. I can’t think of any good reason why someone wouldn’t live in Palencia.”

WHEN PEOPLE DON’T BUY IN YOUR COMMUNITY,

WHAT DO THEY GIVE AS A REASON?

“The only reason I know of that people may not have bought is timing. Our custom home program is just kicking off and homes will not be available for about a year in our custom price range.”
