Permit issued for 478,000-square-foot North Jacksonville warehouse

Property is at southeast Busch Drive East and North Main Street.

The St. Johns River Water Management District issued a permit to Industrial Park Investments Inc. for a surface water management system to serve the 250 Busch Drive E. project on 30.93 acres. 

Orlando-based Industrial Park Investments released a rendering of the warehouse it intends to develop the 478,000-square-foot warehouse at southeast Busch Drive East and North Main Street.

 A JEA power availability letter calls it a warehouse with 200 employees and 102 loading bays. 

JEA and city Planning Department documents show the property will have 337 parking spaces and 133 spaces for trailer parking. 

Industrial Park Investments President Dan Webb said previously he expects to start construction in the second quarter but does not have a tenant for the building.
