Over 200 guests were in attendance as Prudential Network Realty commemorated 16 years in the real estate industry by presenting achievement awards and taking a look back at 1988, the year the company was established by Founder, President and CEO Linda H. Sherrer and four founding mothers Selby Kaiser, Linda McMorrow, Leesie Snell and June Nix.

“It’s amazing to see how far Jacksonville has come in the past 16 years,” Sherrer

said. “In 1988, the average sales price in Avondale was $65,000. Today, the average sales price in that same area is $160,000-an increase of 146 percent! It has been exciting to be a part of the growth of Jacksonville’s real estate market and we can’t wait to see what the next 16 years hold.”

Sherrer presented Top of the Rock Awards, giving recognition to the company’s top producers, during the Sweet 16 Celebration at Epping Forest. Elizabeth Hudgins from the Ponte Vedra Beach office was honored as one of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc.’s Top 100 Sales Professionals. Realtors Linda McMorrow and Anita Vining were named Prudential Legends for their stellar achievements and placement among the top one percent of PREA agents across the nation.
