Doug Fort opened his hot dog stand across from the Landing known as Monster Dogs in mid-January. He chose the location because of the visibility and all the passing traffic. Fort said business is picking up and seems to be getting better each month. Before getting into the hot dog stand business, Fort said he spent over 10 years in medical sales and uses that experience to run his stand.
