Betty Flinchum and Doug Milne were recognized for international achievements at the International Trade Awards banquet last week at the Adam’s Mark Hotel. The event was sponsor the Chamber of Commerce. Flinchum, a senior advisor of International Programs at the University of North Florida, received the International Development Lifetime Achievement Award and Milne, an attorney and food broker, was given the International Individual of the Year award. Greg Lebedev, appointed chief operating officer of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and former White House staff member, was the guest speaker.
