The city issued a concurrency reservation certification for development of Culver’s restaurant along Parramore Road in Collins Town Center.

The 4,096-square-foot restaurant is planned on 2.2 acres at southwest Interstate 295 and Collins Road in southwest Jacksonville. GPZ Solutions LLC is listed as the landowner.

Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the civil engineer. Wisconsin-based Culver’s opened its first Northeast Florida restaurant, serving ButterBurgers, frozen custard and cheese curds, in July in Middleburg and has several more sites in review.

McDonald's at Boulevard Crossing

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing an application for McDonald’s Corp. to build a 4,455-square-foot restaurant on a 0.91-acre outparcel at 5689 Beach Blvd. at Boulevard Crossing, the cleared acreage in front of the closed Kmart store at northwest Beach and University boulevards.

CPH Inc. is the civil engineer.
