Restaurant notes: Culver’s takes step at Regency; Chick-fil-A remodeling at Town Center

Rocky’s Street Food to Oakleaf; Starbucks to build-out at at Boulevard Crossing.

The city issued mobility fee calculation and concurrency reservation certificates for a 4,365-square-foot Culver’s restaurant on 1.9 acres at 101 Monument Road.

There is no fee because the site previously was a restaurant.

Kimley-Horn and Associates is the civil engineer.

The Culver’s franchisee intends to demolish a closed 4,709-square-foot restaurant to build the 126-seat Culver’s with a drive-thru.

Chick-fil-A at Town Center

The city is reviewing a permit for Chick-fil-A to remodel its 4,682-square-foot store at 4625 Town Center Parkway at a construction cost of $850,000.

Rocky’s Street Food to Oakleaf

The city issued a permit for Rocky’s NYC Street Food to build-out at 8324 Merchants Way in Oakleaf Station.

Premier American Construction Inc. of Green Cove Springs is the contractor for the $88,000 project for the 1,377-square-foot space in Unit 6.

Starbucks at Boulevard Crossing

 The city issued a permit for Starbucks to build-out a shell building at 5753 Beach Blvd., No. 1, in Boulevard Crossing at a cost of $275,000.

Elfrink Custom Construction Inc. of Oviedo is the contractor for the 2,235-square-foot project.
