Wendy’s may be coming along Yellow Bluff Road.

The city is reviewing a permit for Adkins Construction Co. LLC to renovate a 2,286-square-foot space at 9735 Old St. Augustine Road for Donatos Pizza at an estimated cost of $50,000.

The location is in the Mission Square Shopping Center.

Wendy’s to Yellow Bluff

JEA received a service availability request for a 2,371-square-foot, 74-seat restaurant and drive-thru along Yellow Bluff Road.

EnVision Design + Engineering LLC is the civil engineer.

The location is along the east side of Yellow Bluff Road, north of New Berlin Road.
