McDonald’s Corp. continues to renovate its Jacksonville locations.
The city issued a permit Aug. 20 for Stansell Construction of Odessa to renovate the dining room, order entry area and restrooms at 9841 Atlantic Blvd., near Regency Square, at a cost of $379,447.
The city also is reviewing a permit application for an estimated $500,000 renovation of the McDonald’s at 3143 Emerson St., near the San Marco East Plaza off Interstate 95.
A city development number request calls it a major remodeling with modifications to the parking lot and drive-thru, adding a second menu board ordering point.
Two drive-thru Ellianos Coffee Co. shops are in review at 619 Chaffee Road S., off Interstate 10, and 3770 Blanding Blvd. in Cedar Hills.
Simque Construction of Lake City is the contractor for the projects, each estimated at $394,043.
Ellianos, which franchises, is based in Lake City.
