Elfrink Custom Construction Inc. is the contractor for the $225,000 interior build-out of the 2,500-square-foot shell building constructed by the landlord at a job cost of $450,000.

• Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen plans a 2,265-square-foot restaurant along Duval Station Road at Outback Drive in North Jacksonville.
• Arby’s Restaurant Group intends to demolish and rebuild the Arby’s at 5660 Beach Blvd. The 3,362-square-foot store was built in 1984.
• Miller’s Ale House is closer to demolishing the closed Buca di Beppo restaurant at 10334 Southside Blvd. for construction of a 7,149-square-foot building on 1.55 acres. The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing an application for demolition and construction. Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the consulting engineer.
