Dyne Development LLC of Little Rock, Arkansas, is the developer of the 1,674-square-foot restaurant at a cost estimated at $700,000.
The city also is reviewing a permit for Wendy’s to renovate its store at 1175 Dunn Ave. at a cost of $250,000.
The city issued a permit June 21 for Wingstop to remodel space at 1038 Dunn Ave., No. 2. Adkins Construction Co. LLC is the contractor for the $275,000 project to renovate 1,330 square feet of space.

England-Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer.
