St. Johns County is reviewing plans for a Dunkin’ store on 0.8 acres at northeast Interstate 95 and County Road 210 in the Fountains at St. Johns.

The 1,265-square-foot shop will have two drive-thru lanes and a walk-up window, with no indoor or patio seating.

Taylor & White Inc. is the civil engineer.

Waffle House in Baldwin

The city issued a permit for Waffle House Inc. to remodel its restaurant at 1066 U.S. 301 in Baldwin at a cost of $450,000.

V Pizza in St. Johns

St. Johns County is reviewing plans for V Pizza on 3 acres at 5700 U.S. 1 in St. Augustine.

It will have indoor restaurant space and outdoor patio space, storage and parking.

I Noodle to Saint Johns

St. Johns County issued a permit for the $55,133 build-out for I Noodle Restaurant in 1,216 square feet at 2245 County Road 210 W., Suite 108, in Southlake Plaza in Saint Johns.
