Wendy’s plans to remodel the interior and exterior of its 2,523-square-foot restaurant at 5133 Norwood Ave. at an estimated $250,000.

North Coast Construction Co. is the contractor.

Starbucks to Point Meadows

The city is reviewing plans for a 2,446-square-foot Starbucks Coffee shop on 0.63 acres at 10915 Baymeadows Road in the Point Meadows shopping center.
