Harvest DCP of Florida LLP paid $1.25 million for the former Famous Amos restaurant in Mandarin for development of Harvest House of Cannabis.

FARE San Jose LLC sold the 0.9-acre site at 10339 San Jose Blvd. The 3,772-square-foot building was constructed in 1977.

RaceTrac to University

RaceTrac Petroleum Inc. paid almost $2.35 million for property at 5221 University Blvd. W. that it bought from Home Depot USA Inc. on June 14. Atlanta-based RaceTrac wants to develop a gas station and convenience store on 1.77 acres.

Clint Murphy, president of Murphy Land and Retail Services Inc., represented Home Depot, which is marketing the 10.67-acre site.

A conceptual site plan for the property at Interstate 95 and University Boulevard West shows more outparcels for restaurants and a hotel. RaceTrac Petroleum operates nearby at 5109 University Blvd. W., which was developed in 2004.

Publix at Arlington River

Publix Super Markets Inc. intends to renovate its almost 45,200-square-foot store at 5858 Atlantic Blvd. at a cost of
