Retail notes: Peterbrooke to Roosevelt; Daily’s looking at Marbon Road site

7-Eleven seeking store in Mandarin.

The city is reviewing a permit application for Peterbrooke Chocolatier to build-out and reuse a structure at 4301 Roosevelt Blvd. for a candy store.

Jeff Thompson Construction is the contractor for the $100,000 project of 1,323 square feet. David Miller & Associates of West Palm Beach is the architect.

North Ortega Properties LLC, led by Peterbrooke owner Billy Morris, bought the property in 2016. Realtor.com says the building is a farmhouse built in 1953.

It has been used as commercial space.

Daily’s looking at Marbon Road site

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing an application to redevelop a JTA parking lot at 12227 Marbon Road, at San Jose Boulevard, for a Daily’s gas station, convenience store and car wash.

First Coast Energy LLP, which owns Daily’s, owns the almost 4.68-acre site. England-Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer. 

7-Eleven seeking store in Mandarin

JEA issued a service availability letter for construction of a 7-Eleven convenience store with gas pumps at 10560 Old St. Augustine Road at the Crossroads at Mandarin shopping center.

A closed Bank of America branch office would be demolished. Common Oak Engineering LLC of Winter Park is the civil engineer.
