RH Jacksonville filed with the state to do business.

Formerly known as Restoration Hardware, the California-based home furnishings retailer is under construction at 4831 Village Shops Way in St. Johns Town Center.

RH Jacksonville F&B LLC at RH’s Corte Madera, California, headquarters is listed as the owner in the Sept. 28 fictitious name registration.

The RH site is east of the shops that include Tesla and Apple.

Wells Fargo ATM at Aldi site

The bank is gone but customers still will be able to do business there.

The city is reviewing plans for a Wells Fargo ATM at 3650 Philips Highway where Aldi is building a grocery store at the site of a demolished Wells Fargo building.

Aldi Florida LLC bought the almost 2.8-acre site at northwest Philips Highway and Emerson Street on May 4 from Wells Fargo Bank for $1.8 million.

Scrubbles to Atlantic North

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for the Scrubbles 3 Minute Express Wash car wash planned at 11991 Atlantic Blvd. in the Atlantic North shopping center at northwest Kernan and Atlantic boulevards.

The 3,911-square-foot building will be developed on 1.55 acres.

Scrubbles will lease the property from Sleiman Enterprises Inc.
