The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is opening at 2700 Florida 16, Suite 909A, in the St. Augustine Premium Outlets.
JKL Services Inc. of St. Petersburg is building-out the 1,285-square-foot space at $75,000.
The rmcf.com site shows five stores in Florida, with three co-branded with Cold Stone Creamery. One of those is in Yulee.
The products include clusters, caramels, creams, meltaways, truffles and molded chocolates.
Individual stores prepare caramel and candy apples, fudge, chocolate items and confections.
