Soon more walls will rise at Gateway Village at Town Center.

The city is reviewing an application for a 9,380-square-foot retail building on 1.47 acres at a cost of almost $1.13 million.

The four tenants filling it are Sushi House, Bellezza Nails & Spa, CycleBar indoor cycling and MyDry Blowout Bar.

It’s planned next to another building in review – a 9,520-square-foot multitenant retail shell building on 1.77 acres at a cost of $1.14 million.

Burrito Gallery and M Hospitality Restaurant & Catering Group by chef Matthew Medure are two of the three tenants there.

No tenant has been announced for the remaining central 1,840-square-foot space.

No contractor is listed for either structure.

Gateway Village is an 18.5-acre project at southwest Gate Parkway and Deerwood Park Boulevard. Cantrell & Morgan is the developer.

Also planned are the 288-unit Satori apartments by Davis Development and RaceTrac Petroleum as well as two outparcels of just more than an acre each.
