Simon Property Group reported strong occupancy at its Jacksonville area malls in its annual report.
The mall operator owns the St. Augustine Premium Outlets, as well as a 50 percent interest in the St. Johns Town Center and a 25 percent interest in The Avenues.
The Avenues, with 1.113 million square feet of leasable space, was 96.3 percent occupied; St. Johns Town Center, with 1.392 million square feet, was 98.5 percent leased; and, the outlet mall reported all 327,699 square feet was occupied.
