The 2,600-square-foot Starbucks, with a drive-thru, is planned on 1.26 acres. Plans show seating of 50 inside and 24 on the patio.

The city issued a mobility fee calculation certificate for the project at 8775 Old Kings Road S., at Baymeadows Road, in Brierwood Village Plaza.
It calculated a fee of $1,380 to mitigate the traffic impact.
