T-Mobile is considering what appears to be an operations or service center in Deerwood Park North.
A pending building permit shows an estimated $930,000 build-out of a 19,201-square-foot office at 4600 Touchton Road E.
The tenant build-out for T-Mobile is in Building 200, Suite 200. The renovation is for a new tenant, T-Mobile.
The project is on the 28,130-square-foot fifth floor of the five-story building.
Lane Architecture of Jacksonville is the architect.
A T-Mobile spokesperson said by email Oct. 1 the project will be office space but had no more details to share.
