The Markets at Town Center Toys R Us and Orange Park Toys R Us stores are available.
The Orange Park store is available for sale at $3.6 million or for lease, reports Prime Realty.
It’s a 42,000-square-foot stand-alone building with 200 paved parking spaces on 4.5 acres at 1972 Wells Road, less than a mile south of Interstate 295. It’s across the street from the Orange Park Mall.
The Markets at Town Center Toys R Us and Babies R Us store at 4875 Town Center Parkway is 74,018 square feet.
The Shopping Center Group LLC is pursuing a leasing strategy for either single-tenant or multitenant use.
“We are very optimistic about the tenants we are in negotiations with that will upgrade the tenant mix of the shopping center,” said Kelly Pulignano with The Shopping Center Group.
The space shares a parking lot within the center.
Toys R Us filed for bankruptcy and closed its stores.
Tractor Supply Co. proposes to build a 19,097-square-foot store in St. Augustine.
The St. Johns River Water Management District and St. Johns County are reviewing plans for Tractor Supply to build on 12.66 acres at 10180 CE Wilson Road east of Interstate 95 along County Road 210.
