The call for proposals to redevelopment the Shipyards has brought three submissions.

The three were announced shortly after 2 p.m. today, the cutoff for submissions.

The groups are:

• Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan’s Iguana Investment Florida LLC

• Jacksonville Super Yacht Boat Yard and Marina, a concept pitched last month by businessman Patrick Mullen

• A firm called In Him (No other information is readily available on the company.)

Details of the proposals are not public record for 30 days or until a company is selected.

A Downtown Investment Authority evaluation committee will meet Thursday to discuss the next steps in the site’s redevelopment.
