Signs for TIAA Bank were unloaded Tuesday at the former EverBank Center at 301 W. Bay St. Downtown.

Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America bought EverBank in June for $2.5 billion and has been replacing the EverBank signs for TIAA Bank all over the city.
