Toll Brothers will build single-family homes at The Settlement at Twenty Mile, a gated community in Nocatee.
The company will build one- and two-story homes from 2,288 to 2,937 square feet.
A model is scheduled to open this summer.
The Settlement at Twenty Mile will include five floor plans, each with four exterior elevations. Homes will include options for personalization.
