Urban Grind has filed permits for the interior build-out at 45 W. Bay Street for a project cost of almost $104,000. The multiunit building houses a Daniel James Salon and formerly Legal Art Works.
There is an Urban Grind coffee shop Downtown in the lobby of the Bank of America Tower at 50 N. Laura St.
A call to determine whether the Bay Street build-out is the same company, a relocation or second store wasn’t answered Friday morning.
