The City approved the demolition of Warren Motors, making way for a Family Dollar store and a McDonald’s restaurant in the Downtown area. HJB Construction Inc. will handle the $45,000 demolition project at 233 E. State St. Warren Motors is moving its business to the Brentwood area and selling the East State Street property for the retail development. The permit was issued Monday.
