St. Johns County issued a permit Nov. 3 for a 5,895-square-foot Wawa gas station and convenience store at 2500 U.S. 1 S. in St. Augustine at a construction cost of $1.45 million.
Wawa Florida LLC of Orlando paid $2.8 million for the almost 1.5-acre property Sept. 20, 2019.
