Andre Boutte of Watson Realty has been nominated as the 2004 president of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. If confirmed by the membership at the November meeting, he will take over in January.
Linda Sherrer of the Prudential Network Realty will be President-elect,
Kay Seitzinger of Re/Max Coastal will be treasurer and Sherry Davidson of Davidson Realty will be the secretary.
Nominated as directors are Walter Williams, Hank Oltmanns, Bob Morrell, Millie Kanyar, Bonnie Siecker and Diane Moss.
Nominated as directors for the Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service are Carmen Edwards, Sam Folds, Dane Leslie and Pat Jones.
Wendell Davis of Watson is nominated for a three-year term as NAR director.
