Harmony Homes promotes Moore

Linda Moore has been promoted to the post of to Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Harmony Homes.

“Since joining Harmony Homes last July as Director of Sales and Marketing, she has rolled her sleeves up and done the ground work that has helped us triple our business,” said Melody Shacter, Vice President of Operations for the company. “Her talent has helped to start our marketing department from scratch; develop a top-notch marketing campaign; and recruit, train, and direct an outstanding sales staff.”

A Jacksonville native, Moore has worked for some of the area’s largest homebuilders including Centex and Pulte Homes in an area sales manager capacity and earned the distinguished national “Top Gun” designation.

Moore, an active member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association and former NEFBA Board of Directors member, serves on several of SMC committees and was the 2001 president.

She also chaired the 2001 Laurel Awards.

Moore has received several industry awards including 1998 Laurel Award for Site Agent of the Year and the 1999 Laurel Award for the SMC Member of the Year. Moore has earned industry designations for real estate broker, both levels of certified site professional and certified sales manager. She has successfully completed all four Institute of Real Estate

Marketing courses and is currently working on her case study to earn the prestigious designation of member of the Institute of Real Estate Marketing.
