Prudential opens in St. Augustine
Prudential Network Realty is opening its first office south of Ponte Vedra Beach.
Prudential will open a St. Augustine office with 3,300 square feet in the new SeaGrove Town Center on Florida A1A near State Road 312. The company is planning a December move.
SRG goes into San Marco
SRG Homes & Neighborhoods has begun construction on a custom home in Jacksonville’s San Marco neighborhood. Located on River Oaks Road near Hendricks Avenue, the home is the company’s first venture in the Jacksonville community.
SRG is building a custom Dozier floor plan in San Marco. The two-story Dozier is one of the company’s best-selling designs and this enlarged and updated version provides 2,738 square feet of living space.
Construction going at Jennings Point
Jennings Point at OakLeaf Plantation, a Centex Homes’ condominium community, is accepting contracts on its first two buildings as construction begins on its model homes.
Starting at $119,990, Jennings Point has six contemporary floorplans from 788 to 1,150 square feet of living space and six design packages.
Two new models on Anastasia
Homebuyers have two new home design choices at Mercedes Homes’ SeaGrove community on Anastasia Island. The home builder has the Villa Augusta Cay and the Castle Ridge Cay, two one-story designs that continue the community’s theme of beach cottage-style homes. Both designs are available in the final phase of SeaGrove and are priced from the mid-$400,000s.
Villa Augusta has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,862 square feet of living space. This home includes two covered porches on either side of the home, perfect for quiet reflection and relaxation.
Castle Ridge Cay is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with 2,101 square feet of living space.
Residents arrive at Worthington Park
CornerStone Homes has welcomed its first homeowners within the northern St. Johns County neighborhood of Worthington Park - a 147-home, family-oriented, gated community.
Craig Sheets, wife Rebecca, and daughters Madison and Grayson recently completed the move from Julington Creek.
The community has 51 estate-sized homesites available and buyers can choose from 14 floor plans starting in the mid-$400’s. These designs range from the 2,658-square-foot Captiva to the 4,700-square-foot Venetian plan.
Mercedes opens Blue Lake Estates
Mercedes Homes has opened Blue Lake Estates on Jacksonville’s west side. The first phase of the community features 50 estate-sized home sites designed for single-family homes and the four- and five-bedroom homes are priced beginning in the mid-$250,000s.
One home design available at Blue Lake Estates is the Alexander Cay IV with a game room, a split floor plan with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The Alexander includes an attached two-car garage and 2,716 square feet of living space.
A second option is the Paradise Cay, a two-story home that includes five bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a loft area. It has 3,753 square feet.
Lifestyles to sell at Island Club
Lifestyles Realtors has been appointed the exclusive sales and marketing representative for Island Club, an Atlantic Beach condominium community.
The residences of Island Club have up to 950 square feet of air-conditioned living space. The one-bedroom Largo and two-bedroom Islamorada designs combine contemporary comforts with classic style. Prices start from the low $100s.
Fleming condos under construction
Centex Homes has started construction in Carrington Place at Fleming Island Plantation, a condominium community featuring maintenance-free living and access to all Fleming Island amenities.
Starting at $139,990, Carrington Place offers six floorplans ranging from 788 to 1,150 square feet of living space with six design packages. There are one-bedroom, one-bath and two-bedroom, two-bath condominiums.
Palencia ‘Square’ is sold out
The retail and office condominiums are sold out at Palencia’s Village Square, a new mixed-use development by Trident Realty Corp.
Construction of the mixed-use development, which will have 24 residential condominiums above 21 office and retail condominiums, is underway. Village Square will feature a four-story building with Spanish-inspired architecture. Completion is expected next Spring.
Drees opening at Dunn Creek
Drees Homes has held recent groundbreakings of its model and several market homes at Dunn Creek Pointe.
Priced from the $210’s, homebuyers will be able to choose from five of the builder’s most popular floorplans ranging from 1,698 to 2,504 square feet. Drees will be building on 65 of the community’s 129 homesites.
Drees’ new model, The Bartram, is currently under construction and scheduled to open late this year. It’s a 2,578-square foot home.
