Collins Builders recently announced the company’s new community of McGirts Village West.
The single-family community is offering homes priced from the $120,000s in Jacksonville’s Westside.
“We believe in providing buyers a well-built home in a great community and that is what we are accomplishing at McGirts Village West,” said Wayland Wiseman, chief operating officer for Collins Builders.
The company is currently constructing a model home and an inventory home in the community, both of which will be complete in early June. The brick exterior homes will have 1,665 square feet of air-conditioned living space, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a two-car garage. Both homes are priced from the $150,000s.
McGirts Village West is located near Chaffee Road and Cecil Commerce Center.
