Hallmark Partners of Jacksonville plans to develop 220 Riverside and Lincoln Property Co. of Duluth, Ga., proposes the tentatively named The Place at Riverside Park. Together, the projects will contain almost 600 residential units along or near Riverside Avenue in the Brooklyn area near Downtown. The Downtown Development Review Board of the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission is scheduled to review the projects Thursday.
