Guest Speaker: The Honorable Kenneth W. Starr
Author of the bestseller “First Among Equals: The Supreme Court in American Life,” Starr is a partner with the firm of Kirkland & Ellis. In August 1994, Starr was appointed Independent Counsel on the Whitewater matter. Prior to that, Starr served as Solicitor General and United States Circuit Judge. Starr held the position of counselor to Attorney General William French Smith until his appointment to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
