Episcopal Children’s Services elected four new board of trustees members:
Jennifer Holden, financial adviser, UBS Financial Services Inc. She also was elected treasurer.
Heidi Maier, superintendent of Marion County Public Schools.
Bob Ohrablo, president of Jacksonville Ice Men.
Brooke Yencarelli, division director, Accounting Principals, Ajilon and Parker + Lynch.
Board of trustees officers also were elected:
Derrick Smith, principal at Grand Central Ventures LLC; president.
Vicki Adams, senior risk officer, at VyStar Credit Union; vice president.
Kristi Aiello, market development senior manager, UBS Financial Services Inc.; secretary.
Girls Inc. of Jacksonville added two members to its board of directors, both from Jacksonville-based One Call Care Management. Mary Clark is senior vice president of provider relations and Alina Schreiber is senior vice president for product finance.
Kevin Vaughn rejoined NAI Hallmark as a vice president and office specialist. Vaughn originally joined the company in 2006. In 2012 he left to become vice president of operations for Carpet One & Flooring America.
