With a demolition permit issued, Combined Industries LLC can take down the former Greyhound station at 10 N. Pearl St.
It closed when Greyhound moved to a new terminal at 1111 W. Forsyth St. near the Prime Osborn Convention Center.
The city approved a permit Friday for Combined Industries to demolish the two-story, 18,000-square-foot Pearl Street building that was developed in 1956.
Greyhound removed its sign from the structure in April. Miami-based investor Ramon Llorens bought the Pearl Street property in December through AK Pearl LLC. He hasn’t disclosed plans for it.
