Architecture and engineering consulting firm RS&H promoted three transportation leaders in Jacksonville.
• Vice President Kim Holland, who has been with RS&H since 2002, will focus on development and expansion of the client base, service lines and geographic growth across the country.
• Vice President of Transportation Morgan County, previously the Jacksonville highway and water resources leader, was named office leader.
• Keith Bogart, who has 10 years of project management experience with RS&H, was named Jacksonville highway group leader.
Andrea Inserra joined The Haskell Co. board of directors. Inserra is senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton, an international technology and management consulting firm. Inserra also is on the board for the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States.
Allan Iosue joined The Haskell Co. as director of business development and marketing for the Infrastructure & Transportation group. Iosue has more than 20 years of experience in the architecture engineering and construction industry.
