Black Knight Inc. said Wednesday that Anthony Jabbour, an executive with Fidelity National Information Services Inc., will become chief executive officer April 1.
Current CEO Tom Sanzone will become vice chairman of the board and assist with the transition.
Jabbour has been with Fidelity National Information Services, or FIS, since 2004 and most recently was chief operating officer of the banking technology company.
Black Knight is a mortgage technology company and its business was once a part of FIS. Both companies were spun off from title insurance company Fidelity National Financial Inc., and all three companies are headquartered at the same Riverside Avenue office complex.
“Anthony has a strong track record of successfully growing businesses both organically and through acquisitions, establishing strong client relationships and managing large, complex technology operations in the financial services industry,” Black Knight Executive Chairman Bill Foley said in a news release.
Foley also said Sanzone, as the first CEO of Black Knight, set goals “to increase shareholder value and create a strategy and structure for the company that would set the course for future success, which included enhancing the company’s ability to cross-sell its products. He exceeded our expectations on all fronts.”
