After 32 years at One Enterprise Center, the Smith Hulsey & Busey law firm has signed a long-term lease to move its home office to the 32nd and 33rd floors of the Wells Fargo Center Downtown. The new address will be effective Nov. 1.
In 1986, then counsel for the Florida National Bank, the law firm was one of the original tenants in the One Enterprise Center building adjacent to the Omni Jacksonville Hotel.
“As the firm moves into its second 100 years of service to the business community, our move to the Wells Fargo Center will be an exciting new chapter for the firm and our clients,” said Stephen Busey, chairman of Smith Hulsey & Busey, in a news release.
Smith Hulsey & Busey’s real estate team worked closely with David Hillegas with Cushman & Wakefield, the law firm’s broker, and Louis Nutter with CBRE who represented the landlord, WFC Lessee LLC.
