Ron Crowell joined APR Energy as the chief financial officer to oversee the financial side of the company including financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, treasury, tax planning and compliance.
Julia Truman was appointed as Orange Park Medical Center chief operating officer. Truman is vice president of operations at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center.
Catherine Sutton was selected by the Northeast Florida Safety Council as chief executive officer. Sutton will be responsible for organizational operations, forming and implementing policy, overseeing the budget and serving as governmental liaison.

Bumgarner recently served as vice president of industrial brokerage services for Prime Realty. Joseph Turri joins as vice president of industrial services. Turri recently served as associate vice president of industrial brokerage services for Prime Realty. Joy Roop also comes from Prime Realty to serve as senior associate of industrial services. Roop was most recently associate director of industrial brokerage services.
Austin Burr joins GreenPointe Communities as South Florida assistant project manager/financial analyst. Most recently Burr was a senior audit associate with KPMG in Jacksonville. Burr also serves on the board of directors of the Monique Burr Foundation.
Tim Simpson, former information security officer with Community First Credit Union, was promoted to chief information officer.
Cathy Chambers senior vice president of strategy and business development with JAXUSA Partnership, was awarded the Eunice Sullivan Economic Development Professional of the Year Award. The award is given each year to the professional who exemplifies exceptional commitment to economic development in Florida.
