Springfield landlord Elias Hionides reports that two locally owned boutiques are relocating to Historic Springfield.
Hionides, vice president of Petra Management Inc., said Grease Rags Clothing Co. closed its San Marco location to focus on a new concept at 1229 N. Main St. and a second boutique also will occupy part of the building.
He said the property includes a large parking area that boutique owner Cindy Platt plans to use for regular community events. The grand opening is scheduled for Nov. 24.
Hionides said Ysyntricity Boutique relocated from Murray Hill to Springfield at 14-16 W. Eighth St. It joins tenant 1748 Bakehouse in the historic building at Eighth and Main streets that Petra Management restored.
