Restaurant notes: Starbucks to build-out on McCormick Road; Arby's to rebuild on Beach

Mack's Tenders seeks buildout; Buca di Beppo closer to demolition

Starbucks will build-out at 11850 McCormick Road with a permit issued Oct. 12.

Elfrink Custom Construction Inc. is the contractor for the $225,000 interior build-out of the 2,500-square-foot shell building constructed by the landlord at a job cost of $450,000.

Mack’s Tenders seeks build-out at Bay95 at 8738 Baymeadows Road E., No. 103. It’s a $140,000 project for about 1,200 square feet of space.

• ​Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen plans a 2,265-square-foot restaurant along Duval Station Road at Outback Drive in North Jacksonville.

• ​ Arby’s Restaurant Group intends to demolish and rebuild the Arby’s at 5660 Beach Blvd. The 3,362-square-foot store was built in 1984.

• ​ Miller’s Ale House is closer to demolishing the closed Buca di Beppo restaurant at 10334 Southside Blvd. for construction of a 7,149-square-foot building on 1.55 acres. The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing an application for demolition and construction. Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the consulting engineer.
