TSH Capital Ventures applied to the city for a certificate of use for SK8 City at 9244 Arlington Expressway, Unit 20, in the Regency Court Shopping Center.
TSH is owned by Terry Harris, who wants to open the roller rink and other entertainment activities in 29,750 square feet in the Arlington center near Regency Square Mall.

Aficionado is a men’s grooming lounge that offers hand and foot care, manicures and pedicures, haircuts and shaves. Chief Engagement Officer Simone Williams formerly was with Downtown Cigar Lounge.
Aficionado Grooming Lounge Inc., through franchise partnerships, also wants to open in Northside, Mandarin, Jacksonville Beach and Orange Park.
