She worked for 10 years in senior management for the Baptist Health System, served as CEO for Volunteers in Medicine and has experience in health care consulting. Sulzbacher provides services to homeless men, women and children.
William Nicholson is the broker of record for Heritage Realty Capital, a new affiliate of Jacksonville-based Heritage Capital Group. It will provide services to Heritage Capital clients who need commercial real estate brokerage services.
Christy Budnick was named president of the 2019-20 Dreams Come True board of directors. Budnick is president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty. Dreams Come True vice president is Tim Nolan, president and CEO of TOTE; secretary is Geoff Neilson, senior outside sales representative with Graybar; and treasurer is Stephen Tremel Jr.
Susan King was named president and CEO of Feeding Northeast Florida, a nonprofit community food bank. She takes the position after former CEO Frank Castillo resigned in May for personal reasons, the group announced. King previously served as a member of the board of directors and was executive director at We Care Jacksonville Inc. and executive director of Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry.
