• North Florida Land Trust added three board members for three-year terms to replace two term-limited board members and a third who stepped down from the position.
John Delaney is a shareholder in the Rogers Towers law firm’s governmental and regulatory department and a principal in The Fiorentino Group. He is former president of the University of North Florida and a former mayor of Jacksonville.
Matt Rapp is senior vice president at the PGA Tour, where he oversees the Championship Management division that runs the 13 owned and operated events at the Tour level.
Jennifer Lasserre is an agent with Lasserre Real Estate Inc., a family-owned business in Fernandina Beach area for more than 40 years.
• Gov. Ron DeSantis appointed former City Council member Bill Gulliford to a four-year term on the Florida Housing Finance Corp., which assists in providing affordable housing for Florida residents. Gulliford, of Atlantic Beach, is the president of Major Machinery and Equipment LLC. The appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
• Nicole Thomas, hospital president of Baptist Medical Center South, received the American College of Healthcare Executives Senior-Level Healthcare Executive Regent’s Award. It recognizes members who are experienced in the field and have made significant contributions to the advancement of health care management excellence and the achievement of the college’s goals.
