David and Melody Shacter, the founders of TerraWise Homes, turned over management to President Nathan Lambert and Director of Operations Jac Shacter. The Schacters will serve as advisers on the company board. David Schacter also will focus on acquisition, permitting and community development. Lambert was promoted from vice president of operations and Jac Shacter was promoted from sales representative in Springfield.
Dr. Timothy G. Groover was promoted to senior vice president of Baptist Physician Partners LLC. Groover was the organization’s chief medical officer. Groover is on the Baptist Health, Coastal Community Health and Duval County Medical Society boards of directors.
