VyStar Credit Union continues renovations on its 23-story Downtown headquarters tower, which it intends to occupy this year.
The city approved a permit Monday for an $8 million renovation of seven floors by contractor Dana B. Kenyon Co.
President and CEO Brian Wolfburg said previously the total remodel will cover up to 200,000 square feet of space over 16 floors at the 358,278-square-foot tower. VyStar also will open a branch office.
VyStar bought the building at 76 S. Laura St. in July for $59 million.
