Barnes & Noble College has taken over management of Jacksonville University’s campus and online book store operations.

“Their expertise and premier customer service will enhance the bookbuying experience and expand affordable resources for JU students,” said Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Randy Freebourn in a news release.

At the campus bookstore, Barnes & Noble College will offer learning materials including new, used and digital books, open educational resources and OER-based digital courseware, a textbook rental program and a price match program.

In addition to operating the JU Bookstore, Barnes & Noble College opened JAX Outfitters, a spirit shop in the Frisch Family Welcome Center. Students, alumni and fans can shop for Dolphins apparel in a dedicated store with a selection of T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and gifts.

JU clothing, course materials and school supplies also are available online at ju.bncollege.com.

Barnes & Noble College currently operates more than 770 campus stores nationwide.
