People on the Move: Leadership Jacksonville announces officers, Coldwell Banker promotes three

Bob Hitchcock joined Brightway Insurance as the company’s first chief technology officer. He was chief technology officer and vice president of technology at Fanatics Inc. 

Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty promoted three people in the market development division:

Mona Gardella was promoted to vice president from director of marketing development. She manages the Fleming Island, Avondale and Oakleaf offices. 

Laura Ranneklev was promoted to vice president, managing the Mandarin and St. Johns offices, from director of marketing development of the same areas.

Jennifer Bresnahan was promoted to assistant director of market development for the Fleming Island, Avondale and Oakleaf offices.

Leadership Jacksonville announced its officers and new board members for 2019-20. 

Rosa Beckett, an executive with the Jacksonville Aviation Authority, is president.

Bruce Fafard, CEO of 121 Financial Credit Union, is president-elect. Kathy Miller, senior vice president of financial servics and tax with Regency Centers Corp., is secretary-treasurer. Clark Robertson, COO of the Port of Corpus Christi, is the immediate past president.

New board members are: Mark Bennett, Southeast region executive for business banking, Bank of America Merrill Lynch; Linda Lindenmoyer, vice president of relocation for Berkshire Hathaway, HS Florida Network Realty; Ron Pellum, president, Ennis Pellum & Associates, CPAs; Maria Ruiz, bridge engineering associate, RS&H Ryan Wannemacher, CFO, JEA; and Andrea Williams, director of community relations, Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp.

Terrence Curran will become associate vice president of enrollment services at the University of North Florida as of Sept. 9. He currently is the associate provost for enrollment management at Western Michigan University.

Cmdr. Marcy Morlock was appointed director for admissions at Naval Hospital Jacksonville. Morlock was director for admissions at U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka.
